2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use a TikTok Business account to access the auto-posting feature.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use Advertiq in compliance with TikTok’s terms
• Upload only content you own or have permission to use
• Do not upload or schedule harmful or unlawful content

4. TikTok Integration

By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Advertiq to:

• Access your basic profile information
• Upload and publish content on your behalf

You can revoke access anytime via your TikTok account settings.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all uploaded media. Advertiq uses it only to generate marketing content and schedule posts as per your instructions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

7. Availability

We do our best to maintain reliable service, but cannot guarantee uptime due to dependencies on third-party services like TikTok APIs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Advertiq is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Missed post schedules due to TikTok downtime
• Business losses due to AI-generated content

9. Updates to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of updated terms.
